What exactly is home watch?

Scheduled visual observations of your home for obvious issues while you're away. We report what we see. It doesn't replace a technical home inspection, security service, or continuous monitoring, and it cannot guarantee that every problem will be discovered.

Who will visit my home?

Bird Dog Home Concierge is personally operated by our couple. We agree on access and who may enter your property with you before service starts. Any proposed backup arrangement is discussed with you in advance.

What happens if you find a problem?

We'll contact you, share what we observed, and discuss next steps. Vendor access and any spending follow your written instructions and authorization. Repairs are handled by appropriate independent professionals.

How much does it cost?

We quote after learning about your home's size, layout, visit frequency, and requested services. Home watch and concierge work are clearly scoped and priced before you commit.

Can you help before and after a storm?

We can discuss property checks and coordination as part of a written storm plan. Availability depends on weather, safe access, local restrictions, and our agreed scope. We do not promise immediate or guaranteed storm response.

Do I need to be away for the whole season?

No. Tell us your travel dates and the help you need. We can discuss a shorter trip, recurring travel, or seasonal visits based on availability.
